Creator Community trophies – what we're asking you to vote on

Hello, Habbos!

On Monday January 19th, we’ll be asking Habbo Hotel: Origins players to approve the introduction of non-tradable Creator Community trophies to the game via an InfoBus poll.

These trophies would be awarded only to approved Creator Community members who create social media content about Habbo and Habbo Hotel: Origins.

The poll will last one week, closing on Monday January 26th.

What is the Creator Community?

The Creator Community is an invite-only programme for players who regularly create social media content about Habbo.

Members can complete monthly platform-specific bounties (for example, reaching a set number of views on X, Twitch, or other platforms). Completing these bounties can earn a non-tradable Creator Community trophy.

These rewards already exists in Habbo. This vote is about whether Creator Community trophies should also exist in Habbo Hotel: Origins given we have a bunch of very talented creators that focus on the game.

What exactly are you voting for?

The question will be: "Shall we add prizes for Creator Community members as shown in the article?"

A YES vote means:

• Non-tradable Creator Community trophies will be introduced to Habbo Hotel: Origins
• These trophies will only be obtainable by Creator Community members
• Trophies cannot be traded, sold, or transferred

A NO vote means:

Creator Community trophies will not be added to Habbo Hotel: Origins

Why are we repolling this?

We ran a similar poll last year, which was rejected. Since then, we’ve spoken with players and believe the original proposal may not have been fully understood.

The Creator Community programme has also evolved, and the Origins community has changed. We want to check whether opinions have shifted now that the proposal is clearer.

FAQ

Previously the proposal included up to 50 credits for bounties. Is this still part of the proposal?

No. This proposal does not include credits. Creator Community bounties in Habbo Hotel: Origins would only award non-tradable trophies.

If a Creator Community member gets a trophy, would they get it in both Habbo AND Habbo Hotel: Origins? Or just in one game?

We'd provide a voucher code that could be redeemed in either game. It would only be redeemable once.

Can I join the Creator Community?

Right now, it's an invite-only programme. That being said, we're always on the look out for social media content creators so make sure to tag us on X @HabboOrigins. There's also a good chance we'll open up applications again in the future, but this is not yet confirmed.
