Optimized UI window and side window creation and deletion, making the Modern client run much more smoothly
Changed fullscreen behaviour from exclusive to borderless windowed on Windows devices
Improved Collectors Hub caching to improve performance

Fixed a bug causing the Emerald collection to not show in the Collector's Guild
Fixed marketplace offer recall problems
Fixed possible soft lock issue related to rooms with high floors and high walls
Added missing localisation for profile "motto", furni "owner"
