Fixed issue with animations playing too fast if multiple animations are stacked (e.g. drinking while dancing)

Fixed issue with some transparent effects and furni not being transparent (e.g. police car effect windows)

Fixed issue with avatar actions such as sitting, dancing, effects etc. not being visible for players after entering a room
