Monday’s InfoBus poll: Trax!
One of the most iconic and memorable features ever to grace Habbo is on the cusp of being added to Habbo Hotel: Origins. On Monday, you get to decide whether or not we add Trax to the game, and exactly how we add it!
To those who are not familiar with Trax, it’s a feature that was added to Habbo in the 2000s that allowed players to compose their own music inside the game and save it to a tradable CD. Habborator does a good job of explaining it here.

The poll
We’ll be publishing the poll in the InfoBus on Monday October 21st, and it’ll be open for one week. We expect to publish the results soon after the poll closes.
There are some terms and mechanics that you’ll need to understand to answer the poll questions on Monday:
- Traxmachines: these are the furni that you use to create your songs and save them to CDs. They can also play the CDs you create.
- Trax Samples: these are sound effects that you use to compose your songs while using a Traxmachine.
- Playlists: you can create playlists that play up to five of your songs in turn.
- Jukeboxes: these are furni that can hold up lots of CDs and play them sequentially, too.
Check the questions that you’ll be able to vote on below:
- Should Trax return to Origins?
- Should players be able to create tradable CDs?
- Should HC members have a higher playlist limit than non-HC users?
- Should some Trax Samples come unlocked without the need to purchase the respective Trax Sample?
- Should we simultaneously introduce Jukebox furni?
Remember, for each question to pass, we need 70% or more of votes across all hotels to be YES. Question one must be passed for any of the other questions to be passed. You must be a Habbo Club member to vote.
