Sneak Peek: Shutter Showdown is on the Horizon!

Hey Habbos!

You might've noticed some exciting updates to the Habbo Camera, and we've got to admit, we're just as thrilled as you are! To set things straight, these upgrades aren't quite ready yet, but we wanted you to hear it first from us. Soon, we'll be introducing Shutter Showdown, a brand-new weekly competition that's all about capturing your creativity and style!

Here's how it'll work: each week, you'll receive an imaginative theme to guide your room decorating or avatar styling. You'll then capture your creation using the newly upgraded Habbo Camera. These enhanced cameras will let Habbo Club members snap stunning full-color, taller vertical photos exclusively for Shutter Showdown. Don't worry though, the current camera functionality isn't changing at all. The regular camera will continue to produce those charming, smaller sepia-toned snaps you already know and love.

But here's the real magic of Shutter Showdown: after the submission week, the community, that's YOU, will get to anonymously vote for your favorite snapshots during the following week. Anyone can participate in voting, earning stamps just by sharing your opinion! Your votes will decide who really brought the theme to life best. You will be able to vote between 10 sets, of 2 different photos each day. You won't be able to simply find the photos taken by your friends and vote for those!
