On the outskirts of Dragonfly, a young botanist with a thirst for nature stumbles upon a forgotten farm. Long abandoned by the original owners, Petal investigates and comes across an ancient diary hinting at the existence of some mystical creatures.

It becomes clear to her that an impending celestial alignment threatens the delicate balance in the mystical realm. As Petal delves into the past, she discovers that mystical creatures are born through special plants that bloom only during the Easter season in a nearby forest.

Following these revelations, Petal sets out to find the elusive plants before the celestial alignment occurs. According to Ned, an eccentric farmer who has lived in Dragonfly all his life, these plants only grow deep in the forest a few weeks a year. Ned is not sure exactly where the plants bloom, but he knows of someone who does; the witch, Hecate. She has to know. All they need to do is find her.
